Ayinger Beer

Brewing beer in Aying has deep roots that have grown over many generations. Preserving and spreading original Bavarian beer traditions and recipes is a family tradition here, to which a great deal of time and care is devoted - so that an export still tastes as it should like hops and a dark beer still tastes like the former favourite beer of our grandfathers.

Brewing ingredient

The brewing ingredients in Aying also remain true to their Upper Bavarian homeland: We only use barley and wheat from farmers in Aying and the surrounding area, as well as from the family's own farm, plus hops from the Hallertau and glacial mineral water from the brewery's deep well.

The Ayinger brewing experience

Regionality and quality

This decision for regionality and quality as well as the experience and skill of the brewers are the basis for the multiple award-winning Ayinger beer specialities. These awards are just as much recognition for the brewery as the praise from real beer connoisseurs and gourmets far beyond the Bavarian and national borders.
