Off to the curling rink

We have something very special for your next team event or cosy get-together with friends and family: two curling rinks are available in the beer garden. Whilst you let the sticks whizz across the (artificial) ice, we will provide you with culinary delights.

What’s on at the Christmas Market

Christmas
On Christmas Eve we are open till 3 pm (small menu).
On Christmas Day and Boxing Day we serve traditional Christmas dishes.

Every 1st Tuesday of the month we play

Ayinger "Musikantenstammtisch"– our regular musical get-together

Whatever happens to be on the table is played – the main thing is Bavarian! Anyone who dares to play along is cordially invited. Listeners are of course also very welcome!

The regulars' table takes place on the first Tuesday of the month – excluding public holidays.
Admission is free, starting at 7:00 pm.

Maria Lichtmess

The first half pint of Ayinger beer was served at Candlemas in 1878. To mark the occasion, the Aying brewery is treating guests to 100 litres of free beer from 11am.

Strong Beer Festival

Traditionally, Lent also marks the beginning of the strong beer season.

In Aying, it will be celebrated not once but twice – on 13 and 14 March 2026 – at the Strong Beer Festival in the Sixthofstadl, featuring the traditional Fastenpredigt (Lenten sermon) by our Brewery Director, Helmut Erdmann.

Start: 6 pm | Entry: €10

From 6 to 29 March, our award-winning Ayinger Celebrator will be available fresh from the tap.

Beer Day

The Beer Purity Law was proclaimed on 23 April 1516:
Since then, only water, malt, hops and yeast may be used to brew beer. The Ayinger Bräustüberl celebrates this day with hearty Bavarian music (music from 6.00 pm).

Seasonal Ayinger beer specialities
on tap

The traditional wooden barrel tapping will be performed by our Brewery Director, Helmut Erdmann, accompanied by Gstanzl singer “Erdäpfekraut” – the original from the Hallertau region – and lively Bavarian music at the Ayinger Bräustüberl.

FATHER'S DAY in the Bräustüberl 

We celebrate the dads in hopefully the best beer garden weather!

Bräu-Kirta

The traditional "Ayinger Bräukirta" Festival will take place this year from 8 to 12 October 2026 on our festival grounds at the Ayinger Privatbrauerei.

Kirtasonntag

On Kirchweih Sunday, which is traditionally celebrated on the third Sunday in October, there's a big duck dinner in the Bräustüberl and of course the famous "Kirtanudeln".
