The Ayinger Bräustüberl lives the Bavarian cuisine of a pub as our ancestors knew it, hearty and perhaps even a little coarse. A bit like the Bavarians themselves.

The dishes are usually simple but, just like the beer, always made from high-quality regional products and ingredients. Sausages and meat come from butchers in the neighbourhood.

You will find everything your heart desires for a snack: from smoked meat and sour sausage to "Obatzden" cheese, garnished with white radish, little red radishes and chives. And the smoked and roasted meats also taste like real home cooking, prepared according to tried and tested recipes.

But the centrepiece is of course the "bread" of the Bavarians, which probably nowhere else in the world has earned its place as a staple: the good Ayinger beer. Made by people from the region and with ingredients from the region – for beer lovers from all over the world.
